Greg Evans, DDS
Diplomate, American Board of Pediatric Dentistry
Dr. Greg started his practice in 1998. Following his time at Loveland High School, then Grinnell College, he did research in virology (a strain of corona virus, go figure!) and married his high school sweetheart, Stacey! He graduated with honors from the U of Iowa, then completed a two-year residency program at the Children’s Hospital in Denver for his pediatric specialty training. He is now Fort Collins’ most experienced Board Certified pediatric dentist.
Dr. Greg’s professional interests include infant dental care, mentoring and teaching dentistry. He was a technical advisor for Cavity Free at Three and a founding member of the PVH Cleft Lip and Palate Team. Now you will find him teaching at FRCC in the Dental Assisting program.
Dr. Greg and his caring staff are actively involved in the community. They are supporters of the area elementary schools, both financially and educationally. The team supports the school-based Project Smile charity, as well as ADA® Give Kids A Smile Day, Project Self Sufficiency and other programs aimed at helping the community’s children. In both 2004 and 2005, Greg received the Colorado Dental Association Service Award for his work on successfully defending community water fluoridation in Fort Collins.
Greg and Stacey have a daughter, Grace, and a son, Lewis. Both Greg’s and Stacey’s parents live in Fort Collins, and they all enjoy spending time together. While Greg is an absolute nut about fly-fishing, he is becoming a nut about oil painting as well. They also enjoy history, traveling and sampling local restaurants
That is the life of a Fort Collins pediatric dentist!
