Our Cancellation Policy
To maintain the high level of service we provide, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes. Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a $50 charge per child. Failure to give notice may result in this fee, which cannot be billed to insurance. Additionally, repeated instances may lead to future appointment availability limitations. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out with any questions or concerns.
